Biography

Charlie Ford is a visual artist from Greater Manchester working across drawing, choreography and design. In the studio he maintains a rigorous drawing practice that strikes a balance between delicacy and precision, paying close attention to placement and arrangement and considering the drawing surface as a space for movement.

Charlie resides in the Upper Calder Valley, West Yorkshire, where alongside his studio practice he works as a freelance CAD Technician. He received a BA in Dance Studies (2013) from Middlesex University followed by an MFA in Studio Art (2017) from the San Francisco Art Institute.
